Sweet Chilli Butterfly Shrimp

Servings: 2–3 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Garlic
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring onions
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C or heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cook the butterfly shrimp until crispy and golden brown.
  3. In another pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté chopped garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add sweet chilli sauce and mix well.
  5. Add the crispy butterfly shrimp into the sauce and toss gently until coated evenly.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
  8. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestion:

Best enjoyed as a takeout-style appetizer with noodles, fried rice, or chilled beverages.
