Sweet Chilli Butterfly Shrimp

Servings: 2–3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Garlic
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions
- Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C or heat oil in a pan.
- Cook the butterfly shrimp until crispy and golden brown.
- In another pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté chopped garlic for 1 minute.
- Add sweet chilli sauce and mix well.
- Add the crispy butterfly shrimp into the sauce and toss gently until coated evenly.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
- Serve hot.
Serving Suggestion:
Best enjoyed as a takeout-style appetizer with noodles, fried rice, or chilled beverages.
