Shrimp Popcorn Fried Rice

Servings: 2–3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Shrimp Popcorn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- Chopped carrots
- Spring onions
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Octorika Shrimp Popcorn in an air fryer or pan until crispy and golden. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped carrots and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and scramble the egg on the other side of the pan.
- Add cooked rice and mix everything together properly.
- Pour soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper according to taste.
- Add the cooked shrimp popcorn and mix gently.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
- Serve hot.
