Korean Style Shrimp Popcorn

Servings: 2–3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Shrimp Popcorn
- 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
- Remove the Octorika Shrimp Popcorn from the freezer and allow it to rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan or preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Cook the shrimp popcorn until crispy and golden brown.
- In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté the chopped garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add gochujang sauce, honey, and soy sauce into the pan. Mix well until the sauce becomes smooth and glossy.
- Add the cooked shrimp popcorn into the sauce and toss gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or plate.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions before serving.
Serving Suggestion:
Best enjoyed as a spicy Korean-inspired snack alongside ramen, fried rice, or chilled beverages.
