Crispy Butterfly Shrimp with Spicy Mayo Dip

Servings: 2–3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Oil for frying (if deep frying)
Instructions:
- Remove the Octorika Butterfly Shrimp from the freezer and allow it to rest at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
- If using an air fryer, preheat it to 180°C for around 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange the butterfly shrimp evenly inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
- If deep frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until crispy and golden on both sides.
- While the shrimp cooks, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Transfer the crispy butterfly shrimp to a serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and lemon wedges.
- Serve hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
