Butterfly Shrimp Loaded Fries

Servings: 2–3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
- 1 portion crispy fries
- Cheese sauce
- Sliced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon peri peri seasoning
- Chopped spring onions
- Oil for frying or air frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the fries according to package instructions or cook them in an air fryer until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the Octorika Butterfly Shrimp from the freezer and allow it to rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan or preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Cook the butterfly shrimp until crispy and evenly golden on both sides.
- Arrange the fries evenly on a serving tray or plate.
- Place the crispy butterfly shrimp on top of the fries.
- Drizzle cheese sauce generously over the loaded fries.
- Sprinkle peri peri seasoning evenly for extra flavor.
- Garnish with sliced jalapeños and chopped spring onions.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
