Air Fryer Butterfly Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
  • Soft taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Thinly sliced purple cabbage
  • Spicy mayo
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Chopped coriander (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place the Octorika Butterfly Shrimp inside the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking for even texture.
  4. Warm the taco shells slightly on a pan or microwave until soft.
  5. Add shredded lettuce and sliced purple cabbage inside each taco shell.
  6. Place the crispy butterfly shrimp on top of the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle spicy mayo generously over the tacos.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top for extra flavor.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander if desired and serve immediately.
