Air Fryer Butterfly Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Octorika Butterfly Shrimp
- Soft taco shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Thinly sliced purple cabbage
- Spicy mayo
- Fresh lime juice
- Chopped coriander (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the Octorika Butterfly Shrimp inside the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking for even texture.
- Warm the taco shells slightly on a pan or microwave until soft.
- Add shredded lettuce and sliced purple cabbage inside each taco shell.
- Place the crispy butterfly shrimp on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle spicy mayo generously over the tacos.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice on top for extra flavor.
- Garnish with chopped coriander if desired and serve immediately.
